After curing, our salmon is smoked the right way—naturally, with natural hardwood chips, until it has just the right amount of smoky flavor.
Our fish is smoked in a blend of hardwoods from fresh (never frozen) with a proprietary recipe and process that results in a high quality, flavorful finished product. We proudly use high quality fish for a high quality eating experience.
